On behalf of a highly respected boutique law firm, we are seeking two Associate Attorneys to join its growing Bodily Injury defense practice. This is an excellent opportunity for litigators who are eager to appear in court, manage substantial files, and work with public-sector clients on meaningful cases.
About the Firm:
- Established in 1995, ≈40 lawyers
- Specializing in civil-commercial law (no criminal or family law)
- Based in Petah Tikva, near the Grand Mall – 5 min from the light rail, with employee parking
Responsibilities:
- Represent municipalities, insurers, and public entities in bodily injury claims (defense only)
- Appear in court for evidentiary hearings, mediations, and procedural sessions
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal opinions, and settlement agreements
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and gradually take ownership of your own cases
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Licensed Israeli attorney
- 2–4 years of experience in bodily injury / tort litigation, defense side only
- Hands-on litigation background – including courtroom appearances and legal drafting
- Native-level Hebrew and strong professional English
- Availability for full-time, in-office work (Sunday–Thursday, approx. 08:30–19:00)
- Advantage: Experience working with municipalities or public bodies; familiarity with digital case management tools
