A leading cybersecurity company is seeking a Cybersecurity Content Creator / Methodologist to develop engaging, hands-on training content for a cutting-edge training platform. In this role, you will design practical, scenario-driven learning experiences tailored to various skill levels, from junior analysts to seasoned professionals. Your work will directly impact the development of future cyber talent and enhance readiness against emerging threats.
Responsibilities:
• Create scenario-based training materials, lab exercises, and supporting content.
• Align learning modules with industry frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK) and integrate the latest TTPs.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to adapt content for diverse skill levels and specialized roles.
• Design interactive and gamified elements to maximize learner engagement and practical application.
• Update and refine materials based on user feedback and evolving cyber threat landscapes.
This is a full time, permanent position.
Full Remote- Working from home, relevant to candidates from- Serbia, Croatia, Cyprus, Poland, Ukraine, Israel.
Job requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity training, instructional design, or technical writing.
• Solid knowledge of offensive and defensive methodologies in cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and scenario-based learning techniques.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail for technical accuracy.
