A Leading Real Estate and Urban Renewal Company is Seeking an Experienced Project Manager in Urban Renewal
Job Description:
• Managing and advancing urban renewal projects, with a focus on large-scale initiatives such as urban renewal and evacuation-rebuild (Pinui-Binui) projects.
• Conducting feasibility studies (economic, planning, and social) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Developing tailored commercial offers for property owners, including negotiation and coordination.
• Leading and organizing projects from initial stages with residents, lawyers, organizers, and supervisors, while managing the project’s daily operations across all phases.
• Planning and executing residents’ meetings and events, including presentations, full logistical coordination (catering, location, budgets), and overseeing the event’s execution from start to finish.
Important Details:
• This is a full-time position requiring frequent travel to peripheral areas.
• The company’s offices are located in central Israel.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law (Real Estate Appraiser or Legal background – an advantage).
• 4-5 years of proven experience in urban renewal projects, particularly in evacuation-rebuild projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently, including frequent travel and flexible hours.
• Ability to read and interpret planning and building permits, zoning plans, and architectural layouts.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• High communication abilities, professionalism, and a polished presence.
