A leading international tech company is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to take full ownership of the accounting and financial reporting for a group of companies operating across Europe and Israel.
This is a hands-on role within a dynamic in-house outsourcing team, offering exposure to both local and global finance processes, with direct interaction with stakeholders in Europe and the U.S.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Full responsibility for monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, working papers, and accrual processes.
• Managing end-to-end accounting cycles across a portfolio of global entities.
• Collaborating with finance teams in Europe and the U.S., adapting to diverse financial and communication styles.
• Working closely with Oracle ERP – including reports, data reconciliation, and financial analysis.
• Supporting the implementation of best practices in financial controls and procedures.
This is a Full-time position from the company’s offices in Yokneam (on-site only, no hybrid option).
Job Requirements:
• CPA – Mandatory.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience – either as a controller or as an external auditor working with global/public companies.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, accruals, and closing processes.
• High-level English – written and verbal communication with international teams.
• Advanced Excel skills – required.
• Experience with Oracle – a strong advantage.
• Immediate availability – a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, team player, excellent communication skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
