A leading global financial firm is looking for a Head of Marketing & Business Development to join the executive team in Tel Aviv and report directly to the CEO.
This senior, hands‑on role combines day‑to‑day leadership of the firm’s sales and marketing engine with the creation of business initiatives and partnerships that expand the company’s reach in Israel and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & CRM: Own internal sales processes, manage a sales‑support team (~20 people), oversee CRM workflows and performance analytics.
- Partnership Development: Identify and drive cross‑department collaborations to create innovative products, services, and business solutions.
- Marketing Leadership: Run all marketing channels – content, digital, social, website, branded materials, events and conferences.
- Research & Market Mapping: Continuously explore and map relevant content and market spaces to keep the firm ahead of trends.
- Global Liaison: Maintain an active, day‑to‑day relationship with the firm’s international network (especially North America).
- Process Improvement & KPIs: Streamline workflows, hit targets, and track the results of partnership activities.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in business development, from concept to full execution – including marketing and sales enablement.
- Experience in large organizations, tech‑services companies or financial institutions (advantage).
- Comfortable working in a matrix, managing multiple senior stakeholders and cross‑unit projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with budget ownership and a broad business outlook.
- Energetic “doer” mindset with excellent people skills and the ability to drive execution.
- Mastery of modern digital, marketing and analytics tools.
- Very high‑level English (written and spoken).
