Supplier & Commercial Relations Manager – Automotive (737889)

Job Description

A leading and well-established automotive importer, representing major international manufacturers of trucks and buses, is looking for a Supplier & Commercial Relations Manager to join its team.
This is a junior-level position designed for someone at an early stage of their career in the automotive industry, looking to take a meaningful step forward. Ideal for a Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager, Product Specialist, or Project Manager from the automotive field who’s ready to grow into a broader, more international commercial role. You’ll be working closely with senior management and leading global manufacturers – combining product, commercial, and international supplier relations in one dynamic role.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day communication and commercial relations with global vehicle manufacturers – building strong, long-term partnerships.
Act as the Single Point of Contact between the company and its suppliers.
Represent the company in international exhibitions and supplier events; host supplier visits in Israel and travel abroad several times a year.
Oversee the vehicle ordering process – analyzing needs, defining volumes and configurations, and assisting in price negotiations (together with the CEO).
Support the import process up to customs clearance, including coordination with the Ministry of Transport and the Standards Institute.
Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to adapt and localize products for the Israeli market.
Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to evaluate and implement requested product changes.
This is a Full-time, on-site role based in Rishon LeZion.

Job requirements:

– 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry – mandatory.
– Commercial mindset, with experience working with suppliers or customers.
– High-level English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
– Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from senior professionals.
Ideal for someone who started as an Assistant or Product Specialist and is ready for a bigger, more independent role.
