Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor and elevate a team of office marketing managers, ensuring high quality execution across all assets.

Oversee the marketing and leasing activity of multiple significant office properties.

Initiate, negotiate and close large scale leasing transactions involving thousands of sqm.

Build and maintain a powerful network within the Israeli office market, including brokers, architects, engineering firms and commercial clients.

Identify opportunities, anticipate market trends and translate them into actionable plans.

Requirements
