We are recruiting a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Implementer for a large, stable organization operating complex, mission-critical information systems at national scale.
This is a broad, cross-functional role with real impact, combining deep hands-on Dynamics implementation, system ownership, and close work with senior stakeholders.
The position involves end-to-end responsibility for a Dynamics-based system in a highly dynamic, multi-user, multi-interface environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end responsibility for implementation, stability, and ongoing operation of a Microsoft Dynamics-based system and related interfaces.
- Translating business needs into system solutions – screens, reports, workflows, and automations.
- Ongoing work with development teams, IT, and external vendors – requirements definition, development follow-up, testing, and deployments.
- Managing incidents and issues in a critical production environment – prioritization, root cause analysis, and risk escalation.
- Leading system rollouts, onboarding, training, and user adoption processes.
- Overseeing day-to-day support activities and task prioritization.
- Operational and business monitoring through reports, data analysis, and system controls.
- Working closely with senior management and key stakeholders, including presenting solutions and system capabilities.
This is a full time, hybrid position, from Or-Yehuda, Israel.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Implementer – mandatory.
- Experience working in complex, high-scale, multi-user system environments.
- Academic degree in a relevant field – advantage.
- Strong technical orientation with the ability to understand complex systems end to end.
- High level of independence, ownership, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and raise red flags proactively.
- Fast learner with high curiosity, sharp thinking, and attention to detail alongside a big-picture view.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive personality – someone who drives processes forward rather than waiting for instructions.
