What You’ll Do

Prospect, acquire, and grow relationships with strategic publishers globally

Drive new publisher partnerships across all phases of the BD cycle – research, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing

Build strong relationships across publisher organizations – executives, sales teams, ad operations, and research teams

Own and manage the full sales process from pre-sale to close, including ongoing consultative selling

Maintain and manage a robust acquisition pipeline using CRM tools

Collaborate closely with internal marketing, legal, technology, sales, and account management teams

Ensure smooth transition of newly signed publishers to post-sale and account management teams

Contribute to publisher retention and long-term satisfaction

Present the company’s value proposition to senior decision-makers
Requirements

5+ years of experience in business development, media sales, or publisher partnerships

Background in ad-tech, ad networks, digital media companies, or advertising technology platforms

Strong knowledge of online advertising models, video monetization, ad optimization, and audience trends

Proven track record of closing partnership deals with premium publishers

Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking

Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
