Job Description

A leading global technology platform operating in the online video and digital advertising ecosystem is looking for a Publisher Business Development Manager to join its growing global team.

The company develops advanced technology solutions that enable publishers to monetize video content at scale, leveraging proprietary tools, data-driven optimization, and AI capabilities. What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, acquire, and grow relationships with strategic publishers globally

  • Drive new publisher partnerships across all phases of the BD cycle – research, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing

  • Build strong relationships across publisher organizations – executives, sales teams, ad operations, and research teams

  • Own and manage the full sales process from pre-sale to close, including ongoing consultative selling

  • Maintain and manage a robust acquisition pipeline using CRM tools

  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, legal, technology, sales, and account management teams

  • Ensure smooth transition of newly signed publishers to post-sale and account management teams

  • Contribute to publisher retention and long-term satisfaction

  • Present the company’s value proposition to senior decision-makers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, media sales, or publisher partnerships

  • Background in ad-tech, ad networks, digital media companies, or advertising technology platforms

  • Strong knowledge of online advertising models, video monetization, ad optimization, and audience trends

  • Proven track record of closing partnership deals with premium publishers

  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking

  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce

  • Existing relationships with premium publishers – significant advantage
