Job Description

A fast-rowing company specializing in urban management technologies, trusted by numerous municipalities across Israel, is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to support its product teams and drive the delivery of complex web-based platforms. This is a standalone role reporting directly to the CEO, with significant responsibility across multiple systems and interfaces.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage cross- system projects supporting several live and developing web products, including mobile apps, billing systems, customer portals, and B2B platforms.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for all development vendors and internal product leads.
  • Handle project timelines, coordination with IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
  • Draft technical documentation and manage regulatory processes.
  • Oversee delivery quality – verifying outputs before passing to business stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations with development companies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Continuously track operational and technical needs to anticipate future development phases.

This is a full time, Hybrid position in Or-Yehuda, Israel (1 day a week from home).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong technical understanding – must be able to communicate fluently with IT, development vendors, and internal leadership.
  • Experience in project management within web/app environments – at least 2 years preferred, but talented juniors will also be considered.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – trustworthy, hardworking, and collaborative, with zero ego.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering closely with product managers.
  • Native-level Hebrew required; English proficiency essential.

Why Should You Apply?

  • Direct reporting line to the CEO.
  • Real impact in an agile, product-driven company with a strong presence in the municipal technology sector.
  • Friendly and open office culture – everyone, including leadership, sits in open space.
