A large service organization operating a nationwide service framework with high social responsibility is looking for a Dynamics 365 (CRM) Systems Manager to take ownership of a core operational system.
The role is also suitable for a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Implementer or an experienced CRM System Manager seeking a broad, end-to-end ownership position.
This is a central and highly impactful role within an operation that requires precise management of complex, large-scale operational processes. The position includes full ownership of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) system that supports daily service and operational activities and is used by multiple internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of the Dynamics 365 (CRM) system, including system stability, ongoing operation, and continuous improvement.
- Translating business and operational needs into system solutions, including workflows, screens, reports, and automations.
- Ongoing collaboration with development teams, IT, and external vendors, including requirements definition, development follow-up, testing, and deployments.
- Managing incidents and issues in a critical production environment, including prioritization, resolution, trend analysis, and proactive risk escalation.
- Leading system rollouts, onboarding, training, and user adoption processes for internal and external users.
- Overseeing day-to-day support activities and prioritizing tasks across support resources.
- Operational and business monitoring through reports, data analysis, and cross-system controls.
- Close work with senior management and key stakeholders, including presenting system capabilities, solutions, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM System Manager or Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Implementer – mandatory.
- Experience working with complex, multi-user, multi-process system environments.
- Academic degree in a relevant field – a significant advantage.
- Strong technical orientation with deep system and business understanding.
- High level of independence, ownership, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and proactively raise red flags.
- Fast learner with high curiosity, sharp thinking, and attention to detail alongside a broad, holistic view.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
