A leading financial organization is looking for an Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, strengthen organizational culture, and increase employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing well-being budgets and planning corporate events, conferences, Happy Hours, employee gatherings, and holiday gifts.
- Leading initiatives to improve the employee experience, including onboarding processes, incentive programs, and team-building activities.
- Managing internal communications, including newsletters, updates on the company portal, and information dissemination through internal communication channels.
- Collaborating with external employer branding providers and leading internal campaigns such as the “Employee Referral Program” and corporate photography days.
- Organizing and coordinating employee volunteer days and social responsibility activities.
- Working closely with HR, Operations, and Recruitment teams to create a meaningful and holistic employee experience.
Position Details:
- Full-time position with a hybrid work model (two days per week from home).
- Company headquarters are located in Tel Aviv.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in well-being management and internal communications in a large organization.
- Strong content writing and editing skills.
- Proven experience in budget management, organizational skills, and operational execution.
- Familiarity with internal communication platforms and digital tools for content distribution.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multiple departments.
- Experience working with external vendors in employee well-being, event planning, and employer branding – an advantage.
