A large, well-established organization based in central Israel is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its dynamic HR team.
This is a key position involving direct support for managers, leading cross-organizational HR initiatives, and driving meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle. We’re looking for someone who brings not only professional expertise but also a vibrant, proactive personality—someone approachable, service-oriented, energetic, and naturally collaborative.
What you’ll do:
• Partner with managers and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
• Provide guidance on labor law, employee relations, and management best practices
• Lead and implement organizational HR processes (e.g., learning, engagement, performance, surveys, wellbeing)
• Initiate and manage cross-functional HR projects
• Work closely with a professional and supportive HR team
What we’re looking for:
• At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP in a large organization – a must
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor law
• Proven ability to lead processes independently and proactively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, service-oriented mindset
• Warm, positive, and professional presence
