We seek a professional with an active network of brokers and real estate professionals, capable of attracting high-quality tenants, with a focus on corporations and large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the marketing and leasing strategy for the company’s office properties.
- Expanding and maintaining relationships with brokers, property managers, and key industry contacts.
- Negotiating and closing leasing deals with corporations and large organizations.
- Ensuring high occupancy rates and maximizing property value.
- Conducting property tours and guiding potential tenants through the leasing process.
- Utilizing CRM and BI systems for client management, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants and ensuring long-term business collaborations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of income-producing real estate, with a focus on office spaces – a must.
- Active network of brokers and real estate professionals – a significant advantage.
- Proven experience working with large companies and corporations in the leasing process.
- Proficiency in CRM and BI systems – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field – mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently.
