This is a senior hands on role with significant visibility, impact and responsibility over some of the most desirable assets in the market.
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes the Israeli office market. Someone with strong relationships, commercial sharpness and a proven ability to bring in major tenants through complex, large scale leasing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the marketing and leasing activity for premium, high profile office towers.
– Drive large scale leasing transactions involving thousands of sqm, from initial interest to signed agreement.
– Generate high quality leads and identify market opportunities through deep industry connections.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, architects, project managers, engineering firms and commercial clients.
– Develop tailored marketing approaches for each asset, ensuring optimal tenant mix and occupancy.
– Conduct negotiations, structure commercial terms and manage the full leasing cycle independently.
– Understand market dynamics, competition and the real needs of corporate tenants in Israel.
Job requirements:
– Significant experience in office real estate leasing or marketing.
– Deep familiarity with the Israeli office market and its key stakeholders.
– Proven track record of multiple large scale commercial leasing deals.
– Strong networking abilities and an extensive relationships ecosystem.
– High energy, strong communication skills and a persuasive, relationship driven approach.
– Ability to operate independently, manage complex transactions and deliver results under ambitious targets.
