Job Description

A leading and stable software house in Central Israel is looking for a Salesforce Implementer to join a major, long-term Salesforce transformation project for a large government organization.

You’ll work from the company’s offices in Or Yehuda (not inside the client site), as part of a dynamic, professional, and supportive environment that invests in its people.

What you’ll do:
– Implement and configure Salesforce solutions according to business needs.
– Analyze processes and translate them into system requirements.
– Build and maintain workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
– Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams.
– Support and train end-users.

This is a Full-time position, long-term employment.

What we’re looking for:

– 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Implementer – must.
– Experience with Service Cloud or Public Sector Solutions – advantage.
– Hands-on experience with user management, profiles, permissions, and objects.
– Familiarity with Experience Cloud, SFDX, and GIT – strong advantage.
– Good English, strong analytical mindset, and great people skills.
– Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder).

Bonus points for:
– Experience in government or large-scale organizations.
– Basic understanding of Apex or integrations with third-party systems.
