A leading tech company is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to take part in building and optimizing cutting-edge infrastructure at scale. This is a rare opportunity to work in a multi-cloud environment (AWS & GCP), handling high-traffic production systems and taking DevOps to the next level.
This role requires a business-driven mindset, the ability to own projects E2E, and deep expertise in database optimization, infrastructure scaling, and automation. The company operates at a high engineering standard, continuously evaluating and implementing the latest tools in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Database Optimization – ensuring top performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Building and scaling high-traffic production environments to support peak loads.
- End-to-end ownership of DevOps projects, from architecture to execution.
- Multi-cloud operations – AWS & GCP.
- Driving automation and CI/CD improvements for seamless deployments.
- Ensuring security, reliability, and performance of cloud-based infrastructure.
- Collaborating with R&D teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
- Supporting the transition of internal DevOps products into external customer-facing solutions.
This is a full-time hybrid position, based in Tel Aviv.

- Extensive experience in high-scale production environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Proven ability to lead projects independently and align DevOps solutions with business goals.
- Expertise in optimizing databases for performance and scalability.
- Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and monitoring.

- Background in Ad-Tech – big plus!
- Experience with development and scripting (Python, Go, Bash, etc.).
