A leading service company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a unique a key position that combines project management with PMO responsibilities.
Role Highlights:
- Collaborating closely with the company’s VP of Digital on a variety of web development projects across different technologies and domains.
- Overseeing multiple ongoing projects, utilizing project management tools such as Gantt charts, flowcharts, project documentation, quality assurance, and timeline monitoring, while identifying issues and raising red flags.
- Conducting regular status meetings and actively driving project progress.
- Managing projects end-to-end, from requirement documentation and systems analysis to the development of user-facing solutions (UI/UX).
- Working closely with internal development teams and external vendors.
- Defining development, infrastructure, and information security requirements.
- Providing guidance and consulting to business stakeholders regarding operational workflows (O&M) and the selection of suitable technological solutions.
This is a Full-time position, on-site work at the company offices in Or Yehuda (not hybrid).
Job requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management for web application development – mandatory.
- Significant experience with software development companies – mandatory.
- Excellent management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in management, industrial engineering, or a relevant field – an advantage.
