A publicly listed, Tier-1 Israeli real-estate group—active across prime office campuses, shopping malls, mixed-use retail, and logistics centers—seeks an authoritative VP Marketing to architect and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that fuel growth and brand equity. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the executive team, you will shape how billions of shekels’ worth of assets are positioned to tenants, investors, and the wider market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the marketing vision: brand strategy, positioning, omnichannel campaigns, and corporate communications—ensuring unified messaging across office, retail, and logistics assets.
- Lead a seasoned team: mentor multidisciplinary marketers, embed KPI-driven processes, and foster a culture of creative excellence.
- Drive tenant-focused B2B and B2C programs: craft data-led campaigns for office and logistics clients while elevating consumer engagement for retail destinations.
- Turn insight into impact: leverage analytics to optimize media spend, customer journeys, and footfall/occupancy metrics.
- Partner at C-level: collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and asset managers on growth initiatives, new developments, and post-acquisition integrations.
- Steer external partners: manage agencies, media, and event activations; oversee significant marketing budgets with clear ROI targets.

Requirements
- Mandatory: 10+ years of senior marketing leadership—minimum 3 years as VP/Head of Marketing in a large public company or leading real-estate group.
- Proven authority in brand strategy, digital and offline campaign management, and team leadership.
- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders and steering complex organizations through change.
- Data-savvy mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategy.
- Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
