A leading technology company in the Payments domain is looking for a VP Sales with a strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on sales capabilities. The company is a product-based organization that combines technology and finance, operating in a dynamic environment. The company is in a strong growth phase and is seeking a VP Sales to join the executive team and take part in driving the next stage of scale.
This is a truly hands-on role: leading an experienced and high-performing sales organization (under a call-center manager), alongside personally managing major business partners and leading complex, strategic deals.
Role Responsibilities:
• Leading the sales division and directly managing the call-center manager, business partner managers, and a team of excellent sales representatives.
• Personally managing complex deals, including sales processes requiring professional and technical understanding.
• Driving business development with a focus on acquiring significant strategic partners and closing large-scale deals.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, execution, and operational efficiency.
• Building and leading the sales strategy, defining targets, managing and maximizing KPIs, and improving processes.
• Leveraging a strong marketing operation to its full potential.
• Serving as an active executive team member with real influence on the company’s direction and growth.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a VP or senior sales leader.
• Experience in SaaS or Fintech companies – significant advantage.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and leading complex B2B sales processes.
• Ability to balance senior leadership responsibilities with hands-on execution of sales processes.
• Strong orientation toward targets, metrics, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence internal stakeholders.
• High energy, strong leadership presence, and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, technological, fast-paced environment.
